To apply for a lease at Campus Voll, you must send us a request here. Please provide the desired collective type, place of study, a brief presentation of yourself and we will contact the relevant applicants.Contract is signed and you can look forward to moving into Campus Voll. We primarily offer only the display of our rooms on the website. Please contact us if you would like to book a viewing.
Rental is well underway and all rooms are rented out on an ongoing basis! First come first served!
In the application form, you can select the desired type of housing. Campus Voll has 11 different housing types in the property which was built in 2019. The housing types vary primarily according to the size and number of rooms per collective. The housing types may vary slightly in size, floor plan and are located from 1 to 5 floors of the property. Assignment of exact housing is made by the landlord upon takeover, but feel free to indicate in the application whether you want to live with friends
You are between 18 and 35 years old and a student either at a school, vocational school, college or university that is approved by the Lånakasse. Minimum part-time student 15 credits per semester.If you have not reached the age of 18, your parents may be responsible in the rental contract.The maximum period for living in our student housing is 5 years.
The prices can be found under student apartments in the menu. We have 2 price groups to choose from:
Dormitory type 1:
This collective type consists of 6 — 9 dormitories. These have private bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. Price per room is NOK 7.375, - per month. *
Dormitory type 2:
This collective type consists of collective with 4 bedrooms. These have shared bathrooms, additional separate WC, kitchen and living area. Price per room is NOK 6.900, - per month. *The rooms and common rooms are fully furnished. Kitchens are equipped with everything one needs and access to attractive common areas. *Costs when renting a home: In addition to the regular rent, NOK 360 is paid for electricity, hot water and heating per month regardless of the season.Tenants take out their own home insurance and communal laundry fee.
We conclude rental contracts for one year at a time, that is, from August 1 to July 27 of the following year. If you are going to continue renting Campus Voll, the lease will still expire on July 31, so you will not be left without housing. (Note that a new contract is not guaranteed and must be applied for.) The tenancy cannot be terminated by the tenant during the tenancy.
The regular rent includes internet, plumbing, janitorial services, weekly cleaning collective, communal access and living areas. Access to attractive common areas.
We are committed to ensuring that you get the best possible study day, which is why we have built several areas that everyone who lives with us has access to. Meet your neighbors over a game of shuffleboard or fussball, or watch a movie in the TV lounge. There is also a private reading room, a large roof terrace and backyard, a communal laundry and bicycle parking in the building. We want to create a good living environment where residents can thrive, make friends, and have a good and safe home during their studies. Use of common living areas (including laundry) must be made within the current opening hours, currently on weekdays from 07:00 to 23:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 24:00.
Campus Voll invites you to a simple and practical study day. Here you will find your own reading room on the building, there will be access to a dedicated activity room with various gaming activities and a large screen, as well as a large roof terrace and a backyard for the common enjoyment of all who live there. On the ground floor you can find groceries, as well as public transport just outside the front door. •

• Kitchen and living room in the collective/weekly cleaning of the common area

Cleaning company washes common areas daily and common areas of collectives weekly. The administration at Campus Voll has created a to-do list here that tenants must follow so that our cleaning company has access to clean all surfaces in the collectives. Every year we have cleaners who wash down all common kitchens and living rooms when we move in in August. This will be done at the beginning of August, and they may not have taken your kitchen before you have time to move in. These are in continuous use, so it is unfortunately not possible to keep them clean throughout the entire move-in period either.
The tenant can choose between a deposit equivalent to 3 months rent, or a rental guarantee equivalent to 3 months rent.
Rental guarantee is provided by Hiscox SA, the cost of guarantee is 12% of 3 months. rent.
There is the possibility of renting indoor parking space in the property. Tenants can rent parking space by contacting us at campusvoll.no
All units have access to indoor bicycle parking and a private storage room. The stalls are located on the same level as the main entrance. Entrance to the right of the reading room. Each individual must provide their own padlock for their own booth.
It should be quiet on Campus Voll from 07:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and on weekends from 08:00 to 24:00. The tenant must follow common house order rules. If the tenant is frequently complained about, the landlord may consider terminating the tenant. Do you experience trouble/party trouble after these times? The rent includes free wireless internet access in the property.
• Up to 100mbit on wifi in dorm networks
• Up to 50 mbit on wifi guest network
• Up to 1000 mbit on wired dorm network
Our internet service provider is Tele-com Middle Norway. They deliver to the building a speed of 10/10 Gbit/s. Downloads and uploads are included in the rent and available in all rooms.User guide follows enclosed.
Animal husbandry is not allowed. The exception is if there are good reasons for keeping animals and that it does not disadvantage the landlord or other residents of the property.

At Campus Voll you get a mailbox that is shared with the collective.
Campus Voll has its own facility for residual waste. This is available in the property's parking basement and on the outside of the property at the driveway to the parking facility.

Campus Voll sets fire safety high. The property was listed in 2021 and has a full-service fire warning system as well as sprinklers.

At the shared laundry you will find both washing machines and dryers. Washing machines are self-dosing, and there is no need to use their own detergent or fabric softener. Using your own detergent or fabric softener can damage machinery and cause leakage. Both detergent and fabric softener are perfume-free to save users with allergy.Our laundry from Electrolux has its own App called AirWallet where you can book machines and get a complete overview of the laundry.You can see how many machines are in use at any given time and replenish your laundry account with electronic deposit. The communal laundry is located on the same level as the main entrance. Entrance to the right of the reading room. We recommend that you take a look at the User Guide as well. User Guide is attached.

Keys can be collected at the rental office. This one can be found at the entrance. If this is not the case, we ask tenants to contact the rental manager at Campus Voll for another appointment no later than 3 working days before arrival (email: 360campus@hem.no). If there is a need to meet the rental manager in person outside opening hours, you may therefore want to arrange a meeting in advance. This can be done by sending an email to campusvoll@hem.no.NB! When you arrive to collect keys, you must present proof of admission for study (receipt from concerted admission etc.) as well as a receipt for the deposit. Without this, we will not offer any move-in.
It is possible to stand at the entrance to unload belongings if you have paid for parking, but as soon as you finish the car must be moved to the parking lot. The area is regulated by the municipality and there is a payment machine at the entrance to the car park.
All tenants on Campus Voll can report damages and defects. As a tenant or applicant, you can also report errors and omissions here.

You will be given information about relocation.
90 days before your lease expires, there will be a checklist for your own use. This is used for washing and moving. This list is identical to the one that the rental manager or caretaker later uses when completing the inspection of your home. Also report defects and defects that have occurred during your stay, whether it is wear and tear that we cover, or it is damage that you yourself are responsible for covering.
On move-in day: stop by the rental office and request a check as soon as you're completely done so we can send a janitor (by 3pm). You will then have an opportunity to correct any flaws/defects in the sink.
We want everyone to thoroughly wash the rooms or apartments before inspection. If something needs to be fixed, it must be set aside for this by the end of our working day. We therefore request that inspection be carried out by 3pm.
When you're ready for us to look over, stop by our rental office or email us at 360campus@hem.no. We then send an employee who arrives at the residence as soon as possible. We would like the tenant to be available for information on any remediation and instructions from whoever is inspecting. Inspection should therefore be carried out with the tenant present.
Moving out without a check?
If you move out without the rental manager or caretaker having checked the laundry, there may be deficiencies in the cleaning. It's easy to overlook something, even if you're thorough. Should it be necessary for us to carry out additional cleaning, the cost of this will be billed at NOK 500, - per hour started. In case of very poor cleaning, the cleaning agency will perform the job at fixed rates. Price as of 01.01.2022 is from 1.750, - for dormitory.

Prices: • Dormitory NOK 1 000, -The dormitory must be empty of belongings.
If there are any retained assets left, NOK 500 will be invoiced per elapsed hour for removal. In addition, waste may be disposed of (applies to larger assets).
