Additional costs
In addition to the regular rent, an a-account is paid for electricity/district heating per month.
District heating/electricity is calculated once per year after the 2nd semester of study based on actual consumption.
The tenant is responsible for taking out home insurance and has access to shared laundry facilities which can be used for a fee.

Campus Living is a professional owner, operator and developer of student housing in Norway. Our goal is to increase the supply of good student housing with central locations, so that we can contribute to ensuring that you as a student have the best possible study time.
We are committed to making you feel at home and safe with us at Campus Living. Outside the working hours of the rental manager and caretaker, we have an appointment with a security guard service, as well as a guard telephone. To ensure the safety and security of our tenants at all times, these can be contacted should emergencies, unrest or other adverse events occur.
Our wardens carry out inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour as well as to ensure that our house rules are upheld. All of our properties have camera surveillance in entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire brigade and guard company.
