Outside the working hours of the rental manager and janitor, we have an appointment with a security guard service, as well as a guard telephone. In order to ensure the safety of our tenants at all times, they can be contacted in the event of emergencies, unrest or other adverse events. We carry out regular inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour and ensure that our house rules are upheld. All our properties have camera surveillance in the entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire department and security guard company.
