The co-living unit includes:
- Fully furnished kitchen and living room. The area is furnished with sofa, coffee table, projector, dining table and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with a stove, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
- Access to all common areas of the property including communal laundry, reading room and social outdoor areas.
We offer the following lease agreement:
- One year lease. This is an irrevocable contract from 01.08.2024 to 31.07.2025. Possibility of extension.

In addition to the ordinary rent, a account is paid 450, - for electricity/district heating per month. District heating/electricity is calculated once per year after the 2nd semester of study based on actual consumption.

Campus Living is a professional owner, operator and developer of student housing in Norway. Our goal is to increase the supply of good student housing with central locations, so that we can help you as a student get the best possible study time.
We are committed to making you feel at home and safe at Campus Living. Outside the working hours of the rental manager and janitor, we have an appointment with a security guard service, as well as a guard telephone. In order to ensure the safety of our tenants at all times, they can be contacted in the event of emergencies, unrest or other adverse events. We carry out regular inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour and ensure that our house rules are upheld. All our properties have camera surveillance in the entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire department and security guard company.
