The co-living unit includes:
- Fully furnished kitchen and living room. The area is furnished with sofa, lounge table, TV, dining table and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This includes a stove, hob, fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. In addition, everything from saucers, glasses, cups and tubs is in place. With us, two residents each share their own refrigerator and freezer.
- Access to all common areas of the property including communal laundry, reading room, social indoor and outdoor areas.
We offer the following lease agreement:
- One year lease. This is an irrevocable contract from 01.08.2024 to 31.07.2025. Possibility of extension.

In addition to the ordinary rent, the a-account is paid 470, - for electricity/district heating per month. District heating/electricity is calculated once per year after the 2nd semester of study based on actual consumption.
The tenant is responsible for taking out home insurance and has access to shared laundry facilities which can be used for a fee.

We are committed to making you feel at home and safe at Campus Living. Outside the working hours of the rental manager and janitor, we have an appointment with a security guard service, as well as a guard telephone. In order to ensure the safety of our tenants at all times, they can be contacted in the event of emergencies, unrest or other adverse events. We carry out regular inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour and ensure that our house rules are upheld. All our properties have camera surveillance in the entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire department and security guard company.
